The boring stuff?  We hope not.  And no, we're not Accountants(!) - we're talking about a different kind of audit here.  The sort of thing which law firms typically don't offer.

We can audit your existing contract documents, especially your 'standard form' documents or templates.  We check to see if anything is missing, needs updating or if anything that's in (or missing from) your documents is exposing you to risk.

We also offer services to audit your legal compliance.  Things like checking your data protection policies and looking at what you actually do to see if your business is compliant with applicable regulations.

OK, so it does sound boring!  But this is a service our clients find invaluable and (sad though it is!) we love doing this stuff.  Mainly because we know this service can help our clients avoid costly mistakes - and we like that.
